Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat broiler to 500ºF and lightly oil a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, breadcrumbs, marinara sauce, salt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until well mixed.
- Add meat to the bowl and blend with hands until thoroughly combined.
- Portion ¼ cup of mixture, roll into balls, and place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all meat is used.
- Broil meatballs for 15-18 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
