Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except Everything But the Bagel seasoning) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Let mixture rest for 5 minutes to achieve proper thickness.
- Grease donut pan with butter or use silicone mold. Fill cavities evenly with batter and top with Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow bagels to cool completely in pan. If using metal pan, gently loosen edges with knife before removing. Silicone molds will release easily.
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week or freeze in airtight container for longer storage.
