Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup blueberries.
- Line a 10×14-inch baking dish with bread cubes. Spread cream cheese mixture over bread, then top with remaining bread cubes.
- Whisk 2 cups milk, eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Pour over bread layers and top with 1 cup blueberries.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30-60 minutes before baking.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake covered for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 30 minutes until center is set and top is golden brown.
