Step-by-Step Instructions
- Position rack in top third of oven and preheat to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and return to pot.
- Mix pasta with marinara sauce and 1/3 of the pepperoni slices in the pot.
- Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and arrange remaining pepperoni slices over cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then switch to broil.
- Broil for a few minutes until pepperoni is crispy and cheese is lightly browned, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
