Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine cashew butter (or preferred nut/seed butter) with sweetener using a sturdy spatula or spoon.
- Add oats, flaxseed meal, brewer’s yeast, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Stir until almost combined, adding 1-2 tablespoons melted oil if needed for binding. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Chill mixture in freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerator for 20 minutes until firm enough to shape.
- Using a 1/2 tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion and roll mixture into approximately 24 rounded balls.
- Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
