Step-by-Step Instructions
- Steam or sauté spinach until wilted, let cool, then squeeze out excess water and coarsely chop.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, prepared spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and 3/4 cup mozzarella until well combined.
- Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly, then broil 2-3 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
