- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut each cinnamon roll into six equal pieces (half, then thirds).
- Drizzle melted butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread cinnamon roll pieces evenly, avoiding clumps.
- Whisk together 4 eggs, ⅓ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture over cinnamon rolls. Add pecans on top if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
- While baking, prepare icing: whisk ½ cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth.
