Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix breadcrumbs, grated garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning in a medium shallow dish.
- In a separate dish, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, grated cheese, and a splash of water. In a third bowl, combine flour with salt and pepper.
- Cover thinly sliced chicken breasts with plastic wrap and pound until thin. Season one side with salt and pepper, then stack pieces.
- Using one hand, coat chicken in flour mixture, then with opposite hand dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs using the first hand. Let rest for 30 minutes.
