Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on prepared sheet pan and pour maple butter mixture over them. Toss until evenly coated.
