A scrumptious make-ahead breakfast that combines juicy blueberries, tender bread, and a rich custard into one irresistible dish. The magic happens overnight while you sleep, as the bread soaks up all the vanilla-scented egg mixture and the blueberries infuse their sweet flavor throughout. Our family started making this casserole for lazy Sunday brunches, but it’s become such a hit that we now serve it for every holiday morning gathering – especially when we have a house full of overnight guests. Nothing beats walking into the kitchen in the morning, finding everything prepped and ready to go, and just sliding this beauty into the oven while you sip your coffee!
